Yuki Consulting was created by Sofia de Koning, a Swedish national residing in Dubai, UAE. Sofia is passionate about customer centricity and believes in the power of insights and foresights to drive innovation and customer experience and to prepare companies for the future.
With 15 years experience working with customer experience and operational excellence with Toyota, Lexus and consultancies across Europe, Yuki was created with the aim to inspire, challenge and envision the future together with its clients.
